The electronic version of Sri Lanka’s Constitution incorporating all amendments [made up to 20th December 2000] was formulated by the Policy Research & Information Unit of the Presidential Secretariat. It is based on the year 2000 reprint ‘The Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka’ published by the Parliament of Sri Lanka.
A PDF document of the Constitution has been published by the Parliament secretariat (as ammended up to 3rd October 2001).
